TexMex food at its finest. Serving you in a typical mexican way, the food is simple but tastes great. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

It's always clean. All of the staff is always super friendly. The food is good, it's nice to go into an environment where one is always lively.

Very dirty floors and service was horrible! Many of the older waitress with attitudes , but the younger ones very nice and apologetic. But I do have to give it to the cooks the Beef Fajitas are the bomb!!! Super tender and delicious Quesadillas

Love eating there they're very kind respectful their patient. What I ever go back yes of course love the food. But there is a difference I love going in theevery time I go in the afternoon there's different Cook's I prefer morning

The wait time wasn't bad all. We went in and sat down right away. Waitress taking care of us was very attentive. The food came out fast, hot, and delicious. The portion sizes are huge! You definitely can't leave here hungry. Totally recommend to anyone here in the area

3 years ago we moved to san Antonio and had looked for nearby restaurants to make our "go to". We found this gem not even a mile from our house. They've always had great food and wonderful service. The restaurant is kept very clean and their prices and not bad and for a well portioned plate. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because their barbacoa is lacking a little. My boyfriend and I prefer it from a different restaurant which sucks because its much further out of our way. If this restaurant stepped up their barbacoa game I'd give it 5 stars all day everyday! Definitely give them a try. I've had several different plates and have not been disappointed yet!

Amazing! Everything is great here food and service!

Tired after a long day. We were seated immediately, and our server came to the table right away to welcome us, provide menus, and take our drink order. The food was delivered promptly, portions were generous, taste was great. Enough food that I got a second meal out of my leftover portions. Highly recommend.

Food was just okay but not very flavorful. The waitress was very good and helpful. We had a good experience but the food was a let down.

Great salsa, large portions, great service, and very affordable. Definitely planning on returning. Only downside is they don't have fountain pop and I didn't see a liquor menu.

I love this place. Food is always good fast and friendly and very clean. Prices went up a bit but still worth it. They’re street tacos are great. No alcohol sold here by the way.

I love the food here but I’m confused on the different prices of the exact same order I always get. How it is when I order it, it’s one price but I send my fiancée it’s lower? It’s your business, lose or win where you please but be consistent.

This place was amazing. The service was quick and the food came out great. I really enjoyed the simple atmosphere. The server was nice and made sure my experience was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for good Mexican food.

Friendly place. Good food.

The food was VERY good. Coffee was terrible and tap water taste off. Keep in mind this place gets VERY busy with Long lines when trying to pay your bill. limited service, One tortilla per person, no refills because of how busy it is, I waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come give me receipt but it never happened so I went to wait in line to pay. I was tempted to rate it lower based on the experience but objectively the food is very good.

Great local Mexican Restaurant with an authentic feel. Chips and salsa are on par and taste great. Serving sizes are more than enough for one person who is hungry. Veggies arrived freshly cut and crispy. Service was spot on and quick. Bathrooms were clean and smelled like they were just cleaned. Overall I would recommend. Pricing was average and the menu had plenty of options with pictures in case you did not know what you were reading.

I loved the Barbacoa tacos, staff not so much. Was empty and took to long, n never came back to check on my transportation refill..etc.went back = 36 miles by bus, traveled. This past weekend but taco was smaller..but good.

Customer service is great! Food is great! BUT red flags in regards to a money hungry restaurant. Did not offer itemized receipt!! Host just gave me a debit receipt. Charged my child’s drink full price. When I clearly told her it was a small drink. I had one entree, side and a drink and paid $17!!!! Mind you I still had to leave a tip!! Please remember that your business is open because of your costumers!!

True Mexican soul-food restaurant. Best in Converse/Universal City area.Portions are large. Prices are comparatively lower. And lunch specials are crazy cheap.And remember, seat yourself and pay at register. Its the south-of-the-border way!

Their Fiedo Loco Soup is my favorite! I love to warm up with a delicious bowl on a nice cold day. My friends and I also order tacos every Friday (Fiesta Friday.) We call in the orders, and when I go to pick them up, they (the tacos) are always ready for us. The order is always 100% accurate, and they even hold the door open for me when I leave. Great food. Friendly service.
